Simple, Risk-Adjusted Model

Our pricing has two components: a $500 one-time setup fee that covers all systems, tech setup, domain setup, and initial training, and a Performance Fee of $75 per qualified meeting. Crucially, you are billed only for the meetings that meet our strict qualified definition.

(The Performance Trigger)

A meeting counts as qualified (and is billable) only when all of these conditions are met: The Prospect Matches Your ICP (fitting the role, company size, and industry defined during onboarding). They satisfy the Attendance & Duration requirement (the meeting was booked through our outreach and the prospect shows for ≥15 minutes on the call). The prospect provides Need Signals, indicating a current or near-term need (budget, timeline, or authority signals are present). Finally, the meeting must include a Sales Motion, where you (the host) present your solution at the end or schedule a clear next step.

1. Setup & Training

We kick things off with a Kickoff Playbook, a 60–90 minute session to align on your ICP, core messaging, agenda, questions, and offers. We then handle all Tech Infrastructure, setting up calendaring, recording, automated confirmations, and reminders.

2. Data & Outreach

This is where we cut through the noise. We manage Targeting using our vast B2B data network for precise list building. We deploy all necessary Infrastructure, including multiple sending domains, warmup, deliverability monitoring, and sequencing. How the Process Works

Week 0–1: Onboard & Setup

We start by finalizing your ICP & Offer Alignment, determining ideal titles, industries, and compelling triggers. We then hold a Messaging Workshop to build your compelling podcast invite angle and content hooks, and finally, we complete Systems Setup, deploying domains, calendar routing, and templates.

Week 1–2: Launch
