GDPR + CAN-SPAM

Atlas Digital LLC is a U.S. marketing agency publicly based in St. Louis, Missouri. This page describes how we honor the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when we process personal data of individuals in the EU/EEA, and how our email practices comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data only on a lawful basis:

• Consent — when you submit a form, subscribe, or otherwise ask to hear from us.
• Contract — when processing is necessary to deliver services you have engaged us for.
• Legitimate interest — for business-to-business outreach and site analytics, balanced against your rights and always with a clear way to object.

If you are in the EU/EEA (or another jurisdiction with equivalent rights), you may at any time:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request rectification of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure(“right to be forgotten”) where we have no overriding legal basis to retain it.
• Request portability — a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Object to or request restriction of processing, including direct marketing — objections to marketing are always honored.
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, without prejudice to any other remedy.

We are based in the United States, and data we collect is processed here. Where we process EU/EEA personal data, we rely on appropriate safeguards with our service providers, and we limit collection to what the engagement actually requires.

Commercial email we send — for ourselves or on behalf of clients — follows the CAN-SPAM Act:

• Accurate headers.Our “From,” “To,” and routing information accurately identify the sender.
• Honest subject lines. Subjects reflect the content of the message — no deception.
• Identification. Where a message is an advertisement, it is identifiable as one.
• Physical address. Every commercial email includes our valid postal address: 3644 Fosterburg Rd, Alton, IL 62002.
• Working opt-out. Every commercial email includes a clear unsubscribe mechanism. Opt-out requests are honored promptly — within 10 business days at the latest — and we do not charge a fee, request additional information, or require more than a single step.
• No list sales. Once you opt out, your address is never sold or transferred, except to a provider acting on our behalf to honor the suppression.
• Vendor accountability. Where third parties send on our behalf, we monitor their compliance — the legal responsibility is ours and we treat it that way.
