Who we are

Atlas Digital LLC (“Atlas Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital marketing agency based in St. Louis, Missouri, operating the website atlasleads.io (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit a contact form, request a quote, book a discovery call, or correspond with us, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and cookies to collect standard usage data: pages visited, time on site, referring source, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.

Scheduling and communications tools. If you book a call through our scheduling provider (such as Calendly) or engage with our email communications, those providers collect information as described in their own privacy policies.

How we use your information

  • To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services.
  • To send you communications you have requested or that relate to services you have engaged us for.
  • To send marketing communications where permitted by law — every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate — hosting, analytics, scheduling, email, and CRM platforms — bound to use it only on our behalf.
  • Legal authorities where disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them for analytics and to remember site preferences. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Site remains usable with cookies disabled, though some features may not work as intended.

Data retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we apply commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing us. You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any message. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (see our GDPR + CAN-SPAM page for details on European data rights and our email practices).

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision; material changes will be posted on this page.
