These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of atlasleads.io (the “Site”), operated by Atlas Digital LLC (“Atlas Digital,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Client engagements are governed by separate written service agreements; where those conflict with these terms, the service agreement controls.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

• Interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or probe its infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data, including by automated means, without our written permission.
• Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful material.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

The Site and its contents — text, design, graphics, logos, and code — are owned by Atlas Digital or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Client names, logos, and screenshots shown in our portfolio and case studies remain the property of their respective owners and appear as examples of work performed. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

Results presented on the Site — including case-study metrics — reflect specific client engagements under specific conditions. They are illustrations of past performance, not a promise of future results. Your outcomes will depend on your market, budget, baseline, and execution.

The Site links to third-party websites and services (for example, scheduling and review platforms). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content on the Site is for general information about our services and does not constitute professional advice for your specific situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Digital and its members, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising from use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Atlas Digital harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
